MY STORY
My Story: Where Biomedical Science Meets Ancient Wisdom
I didn't initially plan to work in the vitality sector. I set myself the goal of understanding people. Not just how the body functions. But why is it that two people can live under the same pressure and perceive it so differently? That question has quietly guided my entire life.
As a child, I was fascinated by things that couldn't be easily explained. I grew up in a family where intuition was not ignored, but was simply part of daily life. My mother encouraged my curiosity, teaching me to pay attention to dreams, patterns, and the subtle ways body and mind communicate long before words are spoken. I didn't know it then, but those early experiences taught me something I still believe today: Some of the most important information arrives in silence.
At the same time, I was drawn to science. That curiosity pushed me to study Biomedical Engineering and later work as an IT Manager, where I learned to think in terms of systems, to analyze patterns, and to seek root causes rather than symptoms. For years, those two worlds seemed completely separate. One valued measurable proof. The other valued observation and lived experience. Most people believed I had to choose one. I never did.
The more I learned, the more I realized they were asking the same question from different perspectives: What allows human beings to thrive over time? Science gave me the language. Ancient wisdom gave me a new perspective. Together, they revealed something that neither could have fully explained on its own. Where science takes measurements, ancient traditions are often observed first. Where ancient wisdom speaks in metaphors, science increasingly describes the underlying biology. That intersection became the foundation of my work.
Today, I help leaders recognize something that often goes unnoticed: The slow decline of vitality that can occur long before performance begins to drop. I have seen brilliant professionals continue to achieve exceptional results, while slowly losing the energy, clarity, and presence that made those results possible in the first place. By the time burnout manifests, the body has usually been demanding attention for a long time. Most people simply don't know how to recognize the signs.
That is why I created Persistent Wellbeing™. Not as another wellness program. But as a way to help leaders understand their own biology before their body is forced to demand their attention. I believe that sustainable leadership is not built by pushing harder. It is built on learning to work with the body's intelligence instead of constantly suppressing it.
My work is still animated by the same question that has accompanied me since childhood: What are we missing because we are focusing only on what is obvious? Every leader has their own behavioral patterns. Each one tells a story. My job is to help people realize them while there is still time to change the ending.
